A Personal Reflection on 2024 and My Hopes for 2025
As I sit down to write this, I find myself reflecting deeply on the journey that has brought me here. 2024 was a year of significant challenges, growth, and moments of self-doubt. Running this blog, ‘Author C.Daley’ and C.Daley Wellness, has been an experience of highs and lows, and I want to be honest with you all about where I am, what I’ve learned, and what I’m working towards for 2025.

There were days when engagement seemed to falter, when my voice felt lost in the noise, and when the weight of it all threatened to overwhelm me.
